Transdiagnostic Global Impression – Psychopathology scale (TGI-P)

Information
The Transdiagnostic Global Impression – Psychopathology scale (TGI-P) aims to provide an overview of the symptoms of the patient based on ten domains of the psychopathology: positive symptoms, hostility symptoms, manic symptoms, addiction symptoms, sleep symptoms, negative symptoms, self-harm symptoms, depressive symptoms, cognitive symptoms, and anxiety symptoms. The scale is rated on a 7-point scale from 1 (normal) to 7 (extreme severity). After or during the visit, please rate the severity of each symptom domain considering your total clinical experience with the patient. By choosing each symptom severity, the TGI-P footprint emerges that provides a visual representation of the psychopathology. Save the footprint and use the tool in the following visits to document progress.
